I like the third desing the most, I Feel like the second 3D option the P should be shadowed more on the right side. Overall good job!

I made this business card with contrasting sides, inspired from here. The picture is try on mine.
I like this design! My only recommendation is to change the color of the fonts, as it does clash with the design a little. I also think you should align the inner square with the outer one. Other than that, it looks great!
