Very nice showcase, maybe you can add more design on the background that match with the brand, so it can be more interesting. You can start with the gradient matching color, or maybe edit something like design more scenario scene to make it realistic (it's like use photo stock person using their phone and take ur image in it). Hopefully it will help on your portfolios.

Logo is good, good job. Additional note, on the roof, you should add rounded shape to the logo, soo it's look modernized and updated.

Good job, you can do variation next time for the letter. If maybe SoundArea is about Sound Design or SFX, it's looks like a Fashion logo in my eyes. Maybe you can check more typefont like Sound Elements like Envato logo or you can do your own research in Fonttype which one is the best in pinterest or other platform that you think is the best and for the client.
