In my opinion, this logo is not minimalist enough. However, conceptually, it's still not attractive. This logo could be made more appealing if the concepts is not using a cicle shape, try use the beach shape it's will quite suitable for a beach logo.

This is too minimalist make it more attractive with different font, choose more thicker font and choose other color

I really like the style, it really make me want to order, feels like an old store (i mean a store that open long times ago) that offer good food
