i really like the design its very elegant and minimalist. if I were to incorporate anything different, I would try to make the top of the 'M's cloud-like so it resonates more with the moon of the O, other than that great job

I would incorporate imagery of what the company specializes in. If its shipping, incorporate a map or even boxes stacked up

The colour coordination is good. I think you can reduce the elements to make it more professional
