Looks nice but doesn't look like a salon's advertisement.

I myself do not have much experience in this field, but saying from a customer's point of view, if I would have been given this card, I wouldn't have been impressed a at all. The color scheme lacks contrast and looks too dull. Also, although it's simplistic it doesn't look classy or catchy.
