logo is cool and simple. I would suggest you can change outer shape from square to rectangle may be or you could play with text size i think,,,all I can see first here is outer square and then logo and text..

This is very nice work, nice background and nice color palette! Maybe you consider to put the name of the brand in the same font and size, also usually for a flyer you can use A5 paper size. Good job!
