I'm Parker, owner of Los Angeles Gym. For a while now, I've been looking for a good designer for my Gym. We will need a poster to advertise our business. Would you be interested?

Me as a designer I would love the arrangement to be made well and also include all kind of activities done because, women don't make muscles but aerobics make them come around

This is a good start! Your design is very bottom heavy. There is a lot of empty space that could be utilized above the strong man's arms. You could fill in that space with with some of the information you have at the bottom. This could help give the text on the page some breathing room-Happy designing

this is good, but it can be better. Not everyone goes to the gym to be bulky like this guy. So, use a different perspective.
