Creating this logo I decided to lean for a simple but sophisticated look, I wanted to include a range of colours without them clashing and looking cheap. I felt that the sun and rainbow paintings were perfect for engaging younger children whilst also showing the creativity of the illustrator due to them having a watercolour effect. The client wanted a hand-made feel to the logo so I felt this worked perfectly.
