Decided to try this out and applied a silver theme to the logo with a background comparison to stand out
The texture placed on the word woods gives it a wonderful touch

In my opinion, it's too plain. the background color is very monotonous. I think it should be improved.

your logo is good, font can be better and the text "woods" should not be textured.
