Hi Lilac!
After looking at your other design and this one, I feel that the heading is easier to read and more eye-catching on this one. I do agree that the font is too glowy though.
I tend to find that fonts that are Slab-Serif work better for flyers.

Looks well put together! however, I feel like if you only had two fonts in the entire design, it would be better(also, the texts' color should be in harmony as well). I think the title text is too glowy, making it simpler will definitely look more professional.
